Meet Our Executives & Faculty
Daniela Woerner
Daniela Woerner is the Founder and CEO of Addo Wellness Institute and the host of the Top 14 podcast, Spa Marketing Made Easy. She is a licensed aesthetician who has worked as a spa director as well as consulted with the top skincare brands in the world, and is an expert in marketing strategy and retail sales in the spa industry.
Kyle Woerner
Kyle Woerner is the Vice President of Strategy and Development at Addo Wellness Institute (AWI). He holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is a retired U.S. Navy officer. While working part-time with AWI, Kyle continues to lead a technical portfolio at the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
He is a master communicator of complex topics and can engage diverse audiences at all levels. Kyle enjoys helping others grow in their individualized leadership, public speaking, teaming, personal development, and educational pursuits.
Christy Allman
Christy is the Customer Success Director, events planner and ultimate cheerleader for Addo Wellness Institute. With a Bachelors in Communications and Masters In Special Education, Christy’s corporate background lies heavily in Community Relations, which is evident everyday as the one who supports and empowers our members with the AWI community as well as clients and students in all of our programs.
As a former military spouse, her views around supporting family, freedom and flexibility are her driving force in supporting Addo Wellness Institute.
Nicole Cooley
Nicole Cooley is a Money Coach for serviced-based small businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Master’s of Organizational Leadership, and spent time at two Fortune 100 corporations.
With 10 years of experience in the coaching industry, she is an Accredited Financial Counselor and Certified YNAB Coach. She takes a holistic approach to finances and believes that when women are confident with money, they can change the world.
Lucy Milton
Lucy Milton is the Marketing Manager for Addo Wellness Institute. She earned a Master of Arts in Media Communication degree from Point Park University in 2017. Her education has provided her the opportunity to work alongside large organizations, some of which include the NCAA and local WIC branches.
Her creative eye and innovative mind have proved her to be an effective and valuable team member of AWI. While Lucy is away from work, you may find her baking in the kitchen, loving on her baby boy, or spending her entire paycheck on running clothes.
